People who have survived what we have survived have strong personalities, and when several strong personalities live together, there will be times when conflict is inevitable. However, we believe that it is also a strong part of recovery to begin to learn how to navigate through conflict with integrity and compassion. Residents are expected to be prepared to work through and resolve conflict no matter how difficult or foreign this concept is. Residents will be supported in these efforts by staff. Others require residents to attend meetings in the community and get a sheet signed to prove their attendance. Every house has to have rules so that everyone understands what is expected of them and to keep everyone safe and sober.

You are expected to pay on time every month—When you enroll with a sober living home, you are expected to attend to your adult responsibilities. No alcohol, drug use or possession, (including prescription drugs not allowed in house, narcotics, tranquilizers etc.).
